You Must Sign before You can Hit the Slopes
All passholders must sign a Release of Liability Agreement prior to using your pass. You can sign your Agreement online, in person at a Mammoth or June Mountain ticket window, or at Bear Mountain or Snow Summit Guest Service Office.
New passes will not be issued, and renewal passes will not be reactivated for use unless we receive a current validly signed Agreement. One signed Agreement is required each year for every passholder (youth and child passes included, signed by a parent). All adult passholders will receive an email within 24 hours from Echosign requesting your electronic signature for your pass. The purchaser will also receive an email request for each pass purchased for children under 18. Please respond promptly to these requests. Adding email@example.com to your email address book or safe list will insure that you receive these important documents.
